Who: Piotr Dutkiewicz (cybercoach.contact@gmail.com) runs this service and is responsible for your data.

What we store

• Games sent by the CyberCoach recorder extension, anonymized in your browser before sending: nicknames become "Player"/"Rival", deck names, chat, game log texts and exact times are removed. A match id remains so that both players' records of one game can be matched; only the simulator's operator could link it to accounts, we cannot. Games contain no information about who sent them.
• If you log in with Discord: your Discord id and display name (scope "identify" only, no e-mail), which games you uploaded, your token history, a login session and a hashed upload key.
• We do not log IP addresses. They are used only briefly in memory to limit request rates.

Why

To train an open Cyberpunk TCG coach and to give you coach tokens for contributed games (legal basis: performing the service you signed up for, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Games are reviewed automatically and manually to keep the data genuine.

How long and your rights

Account data is kept until you delete your account on your page; deletion is immediate and backups roll over within 30 days. Anonymized games are kept, because after deleting your account they cannot be linked to you. You can ask for access to or correction of your data, and complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
